We got about 4 inches the other day. But, it turned into freezing rain. Everything froze over. Got pretty nasty.
Glad I have a 4x4. I got into work with ease. And I have to drive 20+ miles one way.

Yeah, Houston's idea of snow removal is called "Spring". I think I'm one of 4 people in Houston that owns a snow shovel.

When I was stationed in Bosnia, we got 52 inches over three frickin' days. I did'nt think it was ever gonna stop snowing. They were plowing non-stop. It just kept snowing right back on top. Total white-out. That was some nasty stuff.

Well the counties BELOW Houston got the MOST snow for the first time ever! No coastal counties were spared, either. We live in Angleton, which is about 45 miles down Hwy 288 south of Houston. Here's all the pics we took Christmas Eve night and Christmas morning: pg.photos.yahoo.com/ph/clvance69/my_photosKeep in mind that this area hasn't seen snow in over 15 years and we've NEVER had a white Christmas! Truly a "miracle" for us down here!
