Good luck. The people that said they wanted to buy my house are in a haze of stupidity right now and can't seem to decide if they want to buy a house or not.

Well, they left some money to hold the place, so we would take the signs down...

Cool I hope it works out. I start my new job 160 miles north of Adrian Mi. tomorrow. The company has a hotel for me to stay at so I won't be taking my computer with me I will be coming home on friday nights since it is only a 2.5 hour drive now instead of 12.5 hours.

House prices where I live at now aren't that bad it is just trying to sell a house that is hard. Where I am moving to I can get a house that is much bigger and has alot more property than what I can buy here and it is in a nicer more wilderness type area mostly a hunting/fishing tourism part of Michigan.

Same here Saggin, prices are going up but the market seems to be slowing down on selling, house prices in the north of England used to be cheaper but it seems to be catching up with the London prices now.
