Annoyed by the background music and the gunfire off in other parts of the city? Do this:
1. Go to the folder that the game is installed in, usually C:\
Program Files\Activision\Call of Duty 4 - Modern Warfare\miles.
2. Rename the file mssmp3.asi to something else, like mssmp3_asi.bak.
That's it!
