Once you get the following perks, you might want to create a "sneaky" class. This is useful in some of the maps/games where you want to use stealth to defeat the enemy instead of running and gunning.
Equip your weapons with "silencers" (correctly termed "suppressors"), plus the Dead Silence and the UAV Jammer perks. Also the Bomb Squad or the Extreme Conditioning perk may be useful here for your 3rd slot.
These will allow you to move quietly, shoot without appearing on the map, and avoid detection by UAVs. No one will know where you are or where you are shooting from. Plus there are several challenges that involve using "silenced" weapons and stealth.
