I read that anyone can use these but only if you have them installed will you see the difference. No accuracy is gained or lost and they don't give you any special advantage. I am waiting for a Kimber skin for the .45 LOL.

I just read on the IW forums that the new patch will not allow you to have new skins and join a ranked server and punkbuster is seeing them as a modification to the game as a cheat.
